    Eligibility for Return & Exchange

    • Timeframe: Request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact. If the product seal is broken, return & exchange will not be accepted.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

    1. Submit a Request

      • Visit our Returns/Exchange Portal and log in using your Order ID and email.
      • Select the item(s) and provide a reason for the return/exchange.
    2. Prepare the Package

      • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a sturdy box.
    3. Return Shipping

      • We offer free doorstep pick-up service for eligible pin codes.
      • Once we receive the item, we will process your exchange or initiate a refund as per our policy.
